Prosecutors will Seek Death Penalty against David Ludwig in murder of Kara Beth Borden’s Parents

 

Prosecutors today have said that they will seek the death penalty against David Ludwig in the double murder of his girl friend, Kara Beth Borden’s, parents. Prosecutors have also said that they will not seek any charges against Kara Beth Borden in the murders. A fire arms charge and a sexual assault charge was also added.
