Amigo: Lawsuit Kalpoe against Skeeters too expensive

From Amigoe, I guess lawyers and clients do not have contingency payment arrangement in Aruba. Deepak’s attorney, Rudi Oomen setting the stage why his client may not be suing Jaime Skeeters for the tapes.

“My client has limited means and cannot just institute a lawsuit in the United States”, said lawyer Rudi Oomen about the rumours that his client Deepak Kalpoe will take legal proceedings against Jamie Skeeters in the States. Skeeters is the man that recorded a conversation with Kalpoe and sold it to Dr. Phil’s TV-show.

Oomen indicated that if there are possibilities to bring charges against Skeeters without it costing too much money, they will definitely consider it. “I’m still looking for those possibilities.” Therefore, on the Internet-sites on the Holloway-case and in the American TV-shows, the tape is being considered as evident of guilt of Joran van der Sloot, Satish and Deepak Kalpoe. According to Oomen, Kalpoe had never said this. “Everybody can hear that tape was put together with cutting and pasting.”

Is there a possibility that there may just not be a lawsuit?

If I had the address, I would send a donation to Depak to help in his lawsuit. Somebody needs to help these boys ddefend themselves against the sleaze in the U.S. who are making money off deceptions and lies.

Oh sure! What liars! I am sure it depends on how much money somebody is willing to pay Kalpoe’s lawyer for the lawsuit. I believe the Judges will also believe the tape was cut and pasted.

If Deepak wants peace and quiet…he needs to keep his mouth shut. Whether or not he knew he was being taped…and whether or not this tape was doctored in places…there are parts that I don’t believe were (not saying it was or wasn’t). But why would you tell a perfect stranger ANY information if all you want is for things to die down.

Albert: It’s ok to lie and deceive as long as you don’t make money?

      Albert,
I hope your post was an attempt at sarcasm. Otherwise my only defense for you would be that you are somehow related to one of these criminals and you are defending them out of familial loyalty. Sort of like Kalpoes mom when she lied on tape to protect her son. You end your post by saying that the sleaze in the US are making money off of deception and lies. Please explain….. No one is trying to make money, they want their daughter back and closer. The only ones that stand to really lose money is the island itself if their legal system does not clean up its act.

Well Albert…from what I understand if you simply address an envelope to Deepak in Aruba it will be delivered. Go for it. I personally wouldn’t want to help him out of anything…not with the lies and attitudes he has given out (my opinion only at this point…but waiting to see whether the tape can be verified).

the truth prevails sooner or later ,the lord will make a way for the truth to surface.no matter how much satan uses his imps to try to hide the truth

Even though not admissible in court.. I think they should all agree to take a polygraph to show the world just how innocent they are…

This is ludicrous. If Deepak had any kind of a case against Dr. Phil and the network, the trial lawyers in the US would be lining up to take his case on a contingency fee basis. Talk about your deep pockets! Oomen is just trying to deflect attention from the damaging statements Deepak makes on the tape.

HarryTho 10/24 Natalee Holloway Update And Commentary

As to Rice’s visit to Aruba, it would appear to me that the only reason for our Secretary of State to “visit” Aruba is to make apologies and assure the Aruban government of the cooperation of the United states of America.

I truly feel and agree with many American’s that the Arubian goverment officials are trying to hide~protect the Vandersloots, The Kalpoe brother’s and evidence and anything that has to with HELPING to find Natalee Holloway. I mean in my opinion it is certainly obvious. I think the Arubian”s were hiding this and covering things up, due to the fact that they would loose American tourist, which would be a great impact on them, but what they are finally hopefully realizing is that they made a big mistake. A Boycott, is an American made decision made by the people of America! No one wants to take chances or send their children to Spring break, or on graduation trips or even vacation there because of this whole situation. It is unsafe, and to know when we go into another country we already are under different laws, but now we all know that if something was to happen we are pretty much screwed. Who wants to take that chance? I certainly will not be going to Aruba anytime soon if ever, I would love to have went but not after Natalee Holloway came up missing, I have watched Fox news from day 1, and it is so obvious to what is going on, it is like Aruba wants us to think we are certainly appreciated there, it looks like they just want our tourism, because of the money, which is fine, but if they truly appreciate American’s they would have found Natalee alive or as much as I hate to say it deceased, But it would have shown us something more. As far as these Suing anyone that really just shows thier true colors, they want money and will do anything to get it, it is very sad.

Sureeeeeeeeeee….Who is paying his lawyer now? If there was any credible reason that Deepak and his lawyer could go after Dr. Phil and Jamie Skeeters and the big bucks..in a lawsuit, I don’t think they would hesitate a second. More smoke and mirrors..
