More From George W. Bush’s Worst Economy Ever

Just when the MSM tries to tell us that the economy is bad because unemployed claims went up we are struck with more great economic news.

The AP-Ipsos consumer confidence index rose to 84.2 in early March, a gain of 6.4 percent from a February reading of 79.1. It was the largest one-month gain since a 13.9 percent rise last August.

Analysts attributed the big jump in the index to the sharp rise in employment reported by the government last week. With job gains expected to continue in coming months, they forecast further increases in consumer confidence.

This positive indicator comes following the news last Friday that the economy created 262,000 jobs last month. Once again we are presented with a truth in life, what is good for George W. Bush and America is bad for the Democratic Party.
