RSSJudges Error Puts Admitted Pedophile Jack McClellan back on the Streets
Once again our legal system has let us down and failed to protect the most innocent 
among us. Self admitted pedophile Jack McClellan was released from jail due to a judges error. These are the same type of judges who let evidence against pedophiles get thrown out because police supposedly do not advise there vermin of their rights.
Prosecutors opted not to pursue charges against Jack McClellan after they determined the judge who issued the order failed to set a hearing to argue its merits and had not given the 45-year-old transient proper notice.
McClellan was released from jail Tuesday following a court hearing. A cell phone message left for him was not immediately returned.
“We determined the judge had acted improperly by failing to comply with the notice and hearing requirements for issuing a three-year order,” said Nick Velasquez, a spokesman for the city attorney’s office.
Could any of these people actually do and know their job so to keep dangers away from our children? As the anti-Jack McClellan web site states, this man is a ticking time bomb. Why does our legal system not take him seriously.
Two orders were issued by Superior Court Judge Melvin Sandvig earlier this month, which came as news to city prosecutors who believed as late as Friday there had been only one.
The first was a temporary restraining order that did not allow McClellan to come within 10 yards of children in Santa Clarita in northern Los Angeles County, authorities said. The order was sought by attorneys Anthony Zinnanti and Richard Patterson, both parents of young children in that town.

Judges error? That’s not acceptable. These judges should be held accountable for their errors. They need jail time, and fines, and to the be thrown off the bench, way off the bench. Time to stand-up to the imbeciles. Poor excuse. Judges are glorified attorneys. That says it all.
he should be in jail for that shirt, alone.
Shameful. Truly Shameful. Where was this judges head at that day. Maybe they should do random drug testing on these judical royals, in this case it should be drug testing for cause.

In this area (north-east) those are the errors chalked up to “administrative error”, that is errors that result in human rights abuse. Somehow the AE title cleans it all up.
well i believe since we cannot get justice for our kids.. and we cannot take the law into our own hands.. then how about this. 2 islands far apart 1 for the male and 1 for the female freaks. leave them.. let them kill and rape their own kind

You know, it is stuff like this that pisses me off. This dude needs his you know what kicked! Why are they letting this sick pervert roam the streets and take pictures of little girLS? You meam to tell me that no one has recognized him and beat him senseless? If I saw him on the streets, it would not be pretty. Let’s just say I would do humanity a favor!
