On a Caribbean island where tourism is king, its always important to keep the tourists safe. Any place that wishes to attract tourism knows it must protect those that bring revenue. One needs to look no further than South Africa and their predicament with crime and a recent gang rape of a tourist. Then there is Aruba … that simply looked the other way. Eighteen months later both those on Aruba like Jossy Mansur and those in Holland like Peter de Vries are showing to the world and Aruba what many of us knew from the outset.
Then again with a color-form and coloring book ALE manual coupled with a purposeful hindrance of an investigation; is it any wonder why we are at this point today in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway?

act is especially helpful in assisting their special
victims unit in charge of the eye witness program. Now you
see them, now you don’t. It is their own interpretation of
the “gag order”.
When you think of all the digging that we have been doing on that filthy island, its a wonder that something didnt happen before to someone visiting…Poor pitbull, he was probably gonna spill his guts but then decided to just kill himself. I “walked thru Bethlahem” this weekend at our local church, and the guide there was telling us how God sacrificed his son for us, it made me think that was what happened to this angel called Natalee. That maybe she was sacrificed so that all of this ugliness would come out and we would expose all the lies and corruption…the drugs and crime. I can only imagine how many lives Natalee has touched. For good ppl it hurts and for the bad ppl it hurts…just in different ways.God, please give us closure.

Deepak: An Out-Of-Synch LIE
From his 6/13 and 6/29 PV’s, it’s clear that deepak has the agreed to sequence of story telling out of sequence, and out of synch. That aggressive interrogation following deepak’s 6/29 PV reconstruction of his story re: the reasons to engage John Charles Croes in msn chat is testimony to the inept investigative procedures followed by ALE and prosesction authorities.
1. The 6/13 PV
To your question as to who John Charles CROES is, where he lives and how often I have chatted to him on “MSN”, I can say the following. The afore mentioned John lives with his whole family in Miami. I have known him since school. We were together at the MAVO. On Monday Mai 30th 2005 I had chatted with John from about 02:40 to 03:30 hours. We didn’t chat continually. From time to time I went and watched some TV. But I am sure that he was online during the time-frame I just mentioned above here.
Deepak introduces the identity of Croes as corroboration for his claim that he is home, and on his computer, during critical hours following Natalee’s departure from C&C’s in his vehicle. Deepak says this to distance himself from the scene of joran and Natalee, to pull himself, and his brother, away from the frame. IMO, the ONLY thing we can be sure of is that this msn exchange occurred between the parties identified, and at the times claimed — what we can not be sure of, based on what I have read so far, is whether deepak is chatting from his home computer, or not.
2. The 6/29 PV
You are telling me that John Charles CROES has stated that I wrote while I was chatting with him that I had written that the girl had put her hands in/down my pants, I can say the following. I did this to frustrate/mess up the investigation. I wanted to direct the focus of the police on myself and Joran because we were afraid that Satish would get the details wrong with regard to the “Holiday Inn” story. I was almost certain that our telephone conversations were being taped and I was certain that my computer was being monitored too.
This explanatory statement, referencing the 6/13 PV passage above, is a mess and should have provided polis interrogators a field day — it is littered w/ inconsistencies, and directly implies “guilt”:
a. It is clear that an intrepid ALE investigator actually took the time to contact Croes and gained some knowledge about the subject of discussion he had w/ deepak on 5/30/05 at 3:00am. And the subject turns unsavory: we have deepak describing sexual activity to his remotely located friend. This of course directly contradicts deepaks own earlier statements re: his “non-sexual” chauffeur-only encounter w/ Natalee. A lie that could be exploited during interrogations.
b. “I did this to frustrate/mess up the investigation” Hhhmm. Where shall we start w/ this one? The obvious felony crimes of perjury and subjourning perjury are evident, and coupled with international aspect of msn, introduces the possibility for an Interpol level investigation. But that’s the easy part. The good part is that deepak is claiming here that he “knows” that he needs to frustrate an investigation — BEFORE THE INVESTIGATION EVER BEGAN AND BEFORE NATALEE IS MISSING. In this statement, deepak should be relaying his intentions as they were on May 30, 2005 at 3:00am. At that point in time, deepak (according to the beach drop off lie) has merely dropped a sober Natalee and joran off at the beach. Then why at 3:00am on 5/30/05 is there a need to frustrate an investigation?
c. “…Satish would get the details wrong with regard to the “Holiday Inn” story…” Again, another out of sequence lie. According to previous statements, the Holiday Inn drop off lie was concocted by joran and explained to deepak during their ride from Wyndham/Raddison to sloot house at approx 2:00am on May 31, 2005. YET, here deepak is claiming that the HI drop off lie was active and in play at 3:00am on MAY 30, 2005 !?!? How could deepak avoid being grilled over this obvious inconsistency? This point, along w/ point b. (above), imply “guilt” — not only is deepak screwing up the timelines and chronology, he is carrying falsehoods forward in time in attempts to explain previous actions. And the reason to do this, is he more than likely knows what happened and even more likely was on the scene. Think about it: deepak is saying that he over-described sexual activity to Croes, because he wants to keep his brother out of it — there is NO LOGICAL connection between these statements; one does not follow the other ( except if Satish assualted Natalee ).
d. “…I was almost certain that our telephone conversations were being taped…” Another completely out of sequence statement. How does chatting w/ Croes and talking of sexual activity somehow counter via false story telling the chances that polis are monitoring your chat? This makes NO SENSE WHATSOEVER.
From these small snippets, and knowing that a few dozen statements exist w/ equally-glaring examples of inconsistency, out right falsehoods, and potential perjury and admissions of subjourning perjury, it’s just indefensible for Aruban authorities to think they can close this case and simply walk away —

Wouldn’t it be nice if we had the liberty to map all this stuff out: Where the rocks are, where the pick-up was spotted, where the mattress was found, where the duct tape with the hairs were found, etc.?
They don’t have half this stuff, do they? What I have always worried about were the witnesses. Are they still around? We always acted non-challant about the witnesses because we knew that they were taking a terrible risk.
I picked this article because it specifcally states how the judge had ruled in regards to securing DNA from the suspects. That was a heartache to us all.
Forensics on the bloody mattress was done immediately to determine it was dog blood, The forensics on the hair tooks weeks if not months. How’d they do that?

To get you up to speed,
The murder took place in Paulus and Anita’s home. It was done on a bed in the home (thus, the bloody mattress).
It is overwhelmingly obvious that this is what happened:
- Aruba refused/denied search of the home despite having a search warrant to do so (A judge was waiting at the property to alter the search warrant only to Joran’s apartment).
- The steps taken by Aruba to distance Paulus from the case. Why would they release him as a suspect and pay him money? Because it would make it impossible to come back in and search the premises despite my point #1. The crime scene has been insulated by Aruban law.
- The blood soaked mattress laughably was called “dog’s blood”, yet considerable blood identified in Deepak’s car turned to ‘chocolate’ and ‘cleaning fluid’ upon being sent to Holland. How could they be so sure of ‘dog’s blood’ when they couldn’t even determine blood in Deepak’s car (do you not think they did, or should have, luminol’d Deepak’s car which would immediately detect blood?).
- A furniture truck was photographed delivering (a mattress, perhaps) furniture to the Van Der Sloot home just weeks after. The interesting thing is, the photograph was an aerial shot of the compound and the delivery. Who was trying to rat out…tell us something about what was going on?
Though I could go on, these four points point directly at where the murder took place, and that the murder took place on the mattress.
COME ON DUTCH…this is very simple….VOID ALL JUDGEMENTS MADE BY JUDGES WITH OVERWHELMING CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN ORDER TO PROTECT AND INSULATE PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT FROM HIS CRIMES. THE WORLD IS WATCHING. DO YOU HAVE INTEGRITY OR NOT? IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS NOW AND YOU ARE NOT ACTING ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO SOLVE THIS CASE.

I would not count on any timelines/bodies being loaded BS. ALL DIVERSIONS.
The only timeline that is important to this case is the timeline of PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT the night Natalee was murdered. Aruba investigators never got one from him yet he was a suspect in the case with NO alibi’s.
Figure out Paulus’ timeline for the night of the murder and this whole crime will be solved. md

This is Anita’s comment about the search and her camera. She’s even insinuating they searched the house and grounds twice. Now we know the only search they did was Joran’s room. Just as Dompig said they tried to get a full search warrant, but it was denied.

There’s no lock on it so we can see what the kids are doing, one laptop of my husband that he only uses for his work, my digital camera what was on my desk, not in Joran’s room on my desk. And I just had a field trip with middle-schoolers and I took pictures of a sand sculpturing project that we were doing because I’m an art teacher and there were like maybe 20, 25 pictures on it and I told the police, listen, this is material I want to use for school but for the rest there’s nothing on it. You can look at it but they took that too.
They took all kind of things from Joran, a little kind of an MP3 player. They took tapes, also a tape of his tennis, college tennis camp. And the second time they took – they did a house searching, the garden, the pool. They took the two cars.

When Deepak said he told John Charles Croes that on messenger the early Sunday morning hours, to throw the investigation off, he had to know something happened to Natalee. There was no investigation or any word anything was wrong with Natalee at that time. Beth didn’t arrive until Monday night.
