No Body, No Crime … May Work in Aruba, not in the US … Hans Reiser Pleads Not Guilty to Murder of Nina Reiser

31 year old Nina Reiser has been missing for more than 2 months. Nina Reiser went missing Hans_Reiseron September 3, 2006 after she dropped her children off at her estranged husband home. Hans Reiser has since been arrested and charged in the murder of Nina Reiser.

Today Hans Reiser pleaded not guilty in the death of Nina Reiser. There is a catch, Nina Reiser is still missing. Her body has not yet been recovered. So it would appear that the premise “if there’s no body they don’t have a case” only seems to work in Aruba.

Joran says to the Kalpoe brothers: “That’s not true, the only thing he (Joran’s father) said that if there’s no body there don’t have a case.

That same premise does not work or given credence where the authorities take crime seriously.

An Oakland man pleaded not guilty today to killing his estranged wife, whose body is still missing more than two months after she disappeared.

Hans Reiser, 42, entered a not-guilty plea in Alameda County Superior Court in Oakland in the slaying of his wife, Nina Reiser, 31. (San Francisco Chronicle)

Aruba also made some arrests. Hopefully they can get a conviction. I wonder why it took them 2 months to make an arrest?

#l, mac, it’s aruba, we don’t understand their interpretation of their perception of dutch laws as needed on any given day to protect the “privileged”.

      Mac,

Big difference between an muscial chair arrest in Aruba vs. an arrest in the US. Reiser has been charged and the wheels are in motion vs. 3 suspects walking around while ALE & prosecutors do nothing.

      GL,

      what does that mean exactly?

Arlene is the one who said we don’t understand their laws. She was on tv talking bad about GVC, until they arrested Guido(her cousin). She shut up and disappeared fast. We don’t understand them, because it depends on who you know, who you are related to and then they make them up to fit the circumstances.

      Gabriel Leo …

What are your thoughts on what will happen to the Kalpoes tomorrow in the hearing to get them taken off as suspects?

      What do you think?

Maggie: Exactly, In Aruba it depends on who you know.
Monkeys: There is no way in hell that Aruba will release the Kalpoes. They have to keep them as suspects now. Thanks to deVries.

No body, no crime also works well for murderers on cruise ships. Dispose of the evidence and you’re home free.

Someone has to take the fall (blame) so the reading posters and the newspapers and the public will be happy. I am sure with Natalie missing there is alot more people involved in this tradgedy, such as the raze parties. If Paulas would spill what he knows and is holding back, this case would come to a head, and Natalie would be returned to her family!
Bless Natalie, her parents and her friends!!!

Is there evidence of a crime being committed against Nina? In Aruba, the possibility Natalee went off on a swim and got swept out to sea is real enough that the prosecutors wouldn’t want to waste their one shot without CONVINCING evidence. And there really isn’t convincing evidence against J2K.

    12. dennisintn on November 30th, 2006 10:45 am

although the “swept out to sea” theory has been thoroughly debunked by authorities, the “godzilla” theory is still being bantered about as a good excuse for not prosecuting.

Swept out to sea? Yea, that is why J2K lied so many times about what they did with her or where they dropped her off. That is why Joran admitted to killing Natalee and was leading them to her body and then retracted his statement, that is why Paulus said if they don’t have a corpse they don’t have a case, that is why Paulus “would do anything to protect his son”. Shall I go on? Natalee was not swept out to sea, she did not run away, she did not kill herself then bury herself on the island, she didn’t run off with some love of her life, she is not pregnant with Jug’s baby. Natalee was raped and murdered by those criminals in Aruba.

The theory by MD dad is most likely…as is the cremation story by 1906. Put them together and I think we have it.

Sad thing is we on earth may never know what truly happened to her or where she is…but God does…and alllll those involved will answer for it some day.

Libby, I think you may be right. We might not find out but God does know and will take care of the ones who did this.
