Another Cindy Sheehan Anti-War Peace Mom Rally … Its all about tolerance & Peace with Cindy Supporters

What were we just discussing earlier this week regarding Cindy Sheehan and her followers The_signnot  providing the respect of   free speech for others? The “peace rally” shows up again … this time in Fresno, CA for a “Peace Mom” book signing.

As Cindy Sheehan is respectfully allowed to have her right to free speech inside the Satellite Union at Fresno State. The same could not be said for those who disagree with Ms Sheehan.   Parents who also lost children in the war in Iraq  respectfully protested in opposition to  Sheehan with their signs, decked out in red, white and blue. However,  take a good look at what they received in return from a compassionate “Peace” lover.

A Peace Fresno member shows he is all about Cindy Sheehan’s “message of  peace” in this VIDEO. Please watch, its very informative.

Sheehan’s supporters began to verbally attack the patriotic group, culminating in an outburst by one Sheehan supporter who screamed at the woman that her son died protecting other Marines who, “Kill, rape and sodomize children.”

Robin Butterfield should have been provided the same opportunity to honor her son, Tony Butterfield,  who died in Iraq fighting to defend us.

“I want to make sure people  know how proud I am that my son was out their defending us. How proud I am to be living in American.”

Cindy Sheehan stated, “I personally endorse any candidate  that has an anti-war, pro peace in their platform.” I guess Cindy would not agree with the above sign, would she.

i doubt any politician in their right mind would want cindy sheehan by their side. get along home cindy cindy, hugo might marry you some day! there are a lot of people that don’t like the war but they don’t hate the people that have to fight in it.
how would sheehan feel if another soldier died defending her son ? she would change her tune quickly !

      Super Dave,

You would be very surprised how many Democratic US Representatives would have no issue what-so-ever.

I hope you linked this to your earlier post to the group that has idolized the workings of Cindy. Like I said what do you expect from a group of people who idolize Hugo Chavez, too bad Cindy didn’t stick around with Hugo, maybe she could have heard from his citizens and seen the lack of basic human rights in that country.

Mrs. Butterfield if you are out there, thank you for raising a fine son, and it is because of the sacrifices that he and those before him so bravely gave their lives, that I am able to post my opinion here. Thank you, you deserve to be heard.

i’m neither a democrat nor a republican. most politicians are no better than sheehan.be it republican or democrat , ihave seen this week a lot of republicans are turning tail on their president and running to who knows where.

#7; Supah: Well I guess you will be staying home on November 7 huh? BTW, Bush is not on the ballot this time.

Mr Bush did not start this war! Mrs Cindy seems to forget they came over here and killed our men, women, and children in those buildings on 9/11!! I don’t like war either my couisin is there now but like she said she signed those papers to join the Air Force and would not have it in other way its her job. I know Cindy misses her son but he maid a choice to serve his country. Cindy would not have her free speech if people in the passed had not given their lifes for their country. She is in it for the money and travel!!

#8 : it doesn’t have to be Bush on the card :
#3 : she carries a lot of baggage that a majority of citizens don’t care to be associated with even a democrat.
but as said earlier, i’m not a supporter of any of them. politicians abuse their positions on a daily basis whether democrat or republican. who knows who could undo the mess that has been created. iwas just trying to point out that a lot of bush supporters are jumping ship and going to the other side. i wasn’t trying to start an argument.if the democrats win the mid term look out !

In liking the reistance to slavery, Nazism etc. to being the support of necessary warfare – is this actually a fair comparison. Saddam was no threat to the US. The US did not have any legitimate reason under international law to invade Iraq. As Saddam had invaded Kuwait in the 1990s, when not under attack or threat of force ( what is the real distinctin with the US invading Iraq?). Had the US permited Hans Blizx ( Chief UN weapons inspector) a few more weeks he would have confimed what he was always hinting at – Iraqno longer had WMDs. The whole premise of the war was WMDs. Bush and Blair a year before, as the “Downing Street Memorandum” confirms, had agreed to this war – so let’s say it was “premeditated” with now over 600,000 Iraqis dead and near 3,000 dead and many more maimed and suffered all sorts of wounds. Isn’t there somethihng somewhat blind to say that becuuse it is America invaded, regarless of how illegally so – then America must be right. If another nation did the same thing – well – is it lawful, justified, necessary. But – beter not to question or think. Naw! – we all support the troops, regardless – yeah!!!!
