This is a must read statement as Satish Kalpoe discusses Joran Van der Sloot’s nervousness, Paulus Van der Sloot’s comments of “no body …”, and a reference to Freddy that is rather peculiar.
On your question if I can remember if during of the many conversations at Joran’s home that the father said “no corpse no case”, I can say it following: The father of Joran said it in other words. The father of Joran had said: “if there is no corpse it would be difficult to arrest us”.
The second time was when Joran, my brother and I took the camera to Freddy’s house. We delivered the camera to Freddy

I just went back to http://st106.startlogic.com/~cbandtal/ in the July 8 interview with Art Wood (go to the archived section). For those who have not heard this, and especially if you have high speed Internet, go back and listen to it. It has some amazing stuff in it. I’ll summarize what I think are the absolute most important parts that I gleamed from the interview. You have got to hear it.
First, Art feels, like we do, that the case was sabotaged from within the department itself, and in particularly by three individuals first Police commissioner GERALD DOMPIG, Dennis Domico Jacobs, and of course Papa’s good friend police superintendent Jan van der Straten
Another thing that I have not heard before is this: In October, Art and Dave Holloway witnessed Joran in a meeting with Dennis Jacobs, and Gerald Dompig. When they ask a lady police officer about this she said, “oh of course, he comes in here at least twice a week.”
Art said that he and Dave meet in secret with the prime minister, and his mouth dropped open when he heard this.
The third thing that just absolutely grabbed me is this: Art said that the girl who claimed Joran gave her date rape drugs and raped her (along with his friends), named two other girls that the same thing had happen to. In September, she dropped charges, because Dennis Jacobs threatened her. Art had two appointments to talk to her and her attorney, but the girl chickened out each time.
Art also said that Koen’ GOTTENBOS (over 6 foot tall and 220 pounds) was so afraid after Natalee disappeared, that he was sleeping with his mother at night.
One last thing, is Joran a scuba diver?

Very interesting. So Satish did not pick Joran up from the beach as Joran said in his interview. Surprise, surprise! Anyone other than me even think he was telling the truth to begin with? And I wonder about this “camera” Satish, Deepak and Joran “took…delivered” to Freddy’s house. Video camera used to record their sexual assault on Natalee? And if so, who has the video of this? As we know Freddy was arrested for photographing…recording sexual material of young girls, so this would go along that line. I wonder how many girls have been drugged, raped and recorded during the sexual act by the “Pimps” on Aruba. Is this what happened to Natalee, except something went wrong during the rape and she was accidentally or intentionally killed? Sounds plausible. Anyone want to give me their take on this?

A few weeks ago I stated that I thought that Natalee was in a porn movie turned snuff movie. I still think that is true. Therefore, there must be proof of what happened to Natalee on a video. Satish said “the camera” indicating that this camera was used regularly. There has been a porn king on Aruba for a long time. The video may be on the shelf for the time being, but I bet it still exists.

I think the boys took Natalee to a house or apartment for the rape. They would have a control enviroment. The lighting for a camera on a beach at night would be impossible without flood lights. Joran could have giving Natalee a pickup line to walk on the beach but once in the car took her to Joran’s apartment.
Why is Paulus so certain the police would not find Natalee if he did not know where she was or where the police would look?
I agree about the camera being used for filming porn. All the people involved in this case just makes one sick. It also makes one sick to really think about what the creeps did to poor Natalee over a year ago and what she went through when she was suppose to be celebrating and enjoying one of the best times of her life.

The “camera” thing is interesting. That’s what happens in Joran’s favorite porn site. Makes sense they would be imitating what they saw on the site. A steady diet of hard porn turned their minds to mush. It teaches disrespect for women—regardless of age. They actually come to a point where they believe the stuff is real, but if you ever read participants stories that have come out of the porn industry, they talk about the pain, drugs, and diseases-not a pretty story.

According to Satish, Natalee was sleeping (drunk,unconscious) and had her head on Joran’s lap in the backseat of the car. Then how was she acting when the brothers dropped Joran and Natalee off at the beach? Could she walk? How did she get out of the car? Did Joran have to hold her up? What did Satish think Joran was going to do with a girl that drunk on the beach? What was the plan? If she was that drunk, obviously they weren’t going to the beach to have a nice stroll. Why aren’t these questions asked to Satish?
Is it me or do the suspects and the ALE do their best to try and dehumanize Natalee. In most interviews they refer to her as the “missing girl” or just “girl” why do they have a hard time just stating her name..It’s NATALEE….are they just trying to make her an object now to lessen their guilt?
After 15 months of all these lies I just can’t understand why anyone would want to travel to this hell hole and spend their money. Natalee missing and most likely killed….Man found in cemetary decapitated…Dismembered body found in cave, oh and that wasn’t murder ALE says…American business man found in storage container dead…but once again no foul play. And from most accounts you can’t turn around without some low life trying to peddle drugs off on you on their “One Happy Island”.
If I were the Twitty’s or Holloway’s I would be screaming to the State Department to get this mess straightened out or I would go to the press and let the world know that US officals are sitting on their asses also….enough of this shit, bring Natalee home.

Folks.
I hope that everyone is reading between the lines and realizing that Satish is just as involved as anyone. He sounds truthful, but I’m not going to fall for this hog wash. I’m 85% sure that Natalee is wrapped in the plastic.
I think it went like 1906 has said, Joran had a party that started at his apartment, with an unconscious Natalee and a group of his friends. It may have gone to the Lion’s Den also.
What they planned to do was use Natalee like they had with 20 other young ladies and then drop her off at her hotel in a semiconscious state. However, Natalee was either accidentally or purposely killed. They took Natalee to the hotel to drop her off, and Joran carried her to the beach (dead). He really did pick her up and carry her and no she did not say, “put me down.”
Joran left her on the beach, S. and D. took him home and Paulus ask Joran, “What did you do with the body?” “I left her on the beach.” “Don’t you know when they find her you will get 15 years? If there is no body, there can be no case.”
At this point, Joran got a large plastic bag, that furniture had come in, and called S. and D. to come get him. He got them to take him to the point where the gardner saw them, took the large plastic bag, waded down the water way to the area where he had left Natalee, put her in the bag and carried the bag to where it was filmed. His shoes were trash, so he put them in the bag also.
When he got back to the car, the gardner drove by and saw the trio at the point near the pond.
The next night, he and Koen borrowed Koen’s dad’s boat, broke into the fisherman’s hut, took a large knife, a fish trap. They retrieved the bag with Natalee’s body, put Natalee in the fish trap, went 5 to 10 miles out, and threw it overboard. Duck tape and clothing washed up on the shore and was found.

I think these pimp-pervs dropped their victims off on the beach rather back at their hotels. I’ve thought all along that’s where the beach story evolved. That was the routine, they drugged them, kidnapped them, raped them and dropped them off on the beach the day their flights left, leaving them to scramble to make their flight, not knowing what happened. Once back home after figuring it out, if any did contact the ALE, that’s where they figured out it was easier to let it go. The whole scheme of kidnapping and raping young tourist girls was a ‘rite of passage’ for the young sporters passed down and protected by the older predators on Aruba.

Keep in mind…Aruba has done everything possible to protect and distance Paulus from this case; ranging from refusing to allow search warrants of Paulus’ home to flying in judicial buddies to give “non-biased” (ha ha) decisions to declare Paulus no longer a suspect and even give him money for arresting him
It is clear in how Paulus “Lawyered Up” himself and everyone else in this case that he was orchestrating the cover-up of his crime.
Your story needs to include Paulus! Perhaps Joran and the Pimps had their way…but Paulus is the ultimate perpetrator.
CAN ANYONE TELL ME???? Have the Dutch investigators began the push yet to VOID all judgements made to protect and distance Paulus from this case??? Or, are the Dutch investigators actually faking their role to get to the bottom of this case???

As I have said before, the job of investigators is to peel the onion layers back to get to the truth. If, through manipulating the court system and law enforcement a perpetrator is allowed to “add layers” to that onion…..and if no attempt is made to peel those layers….the onion can’t be peeled.

Come on now, if you were going to hide a body would you put it in plain view 3 feet from a road that is fairly well traveled by people on foot as well as car? The smell alone would alert someone. The aru-bay video was not taken till sometime around 6/11. Remember, security guards were not arrested until 6/5, so the video had to have been taken after that date. So why do you think that:
- Police from Miami-Dade and FBI, along with their 2 bloodhounds, searched that area on 6/18 and found nothing. The dogs hit on zero. If there was a body or multiple bodies in the plastic in the basin, it’s guaranteed the dogs would have alerted on it.
- The less than 10 second time the person taking the video spends on that bag with no close up. Makes zero sense.
- You would have at least 4 more people that know for a fact that a body(Natalee) is in that bag – Jones, John, Videographer, driver. All this had to have been told to someone in a jailhouse visit, I guess, since they did not get out until 6/15.

So a new element is introduced. And yet it just appears, casually, and is dropped. “The camera.” Whose camera? Why did they bring it anywhere? What kind of camera? Used for what purpose?
My point is, any cop with half a brain, a quarter of a brain, a pea-sized brain would have wondered about this camera (“Gee, maybe they took photos!!”) and would have asked about it and tried to find out something more.

Satish says that he and his brother never had sex with Natalee. Nevertheless, HIS INTERPRETATION of what Paulus van der Scum’s statement meant is that if a body was found, something on that body might lead to their being imprisoned.
Sexual fluids? Fingerprints? Other evidence of an assault? If the Kalpoes were not involved at all, what could anyone possibly find on the body that might implicate them?
Signs that they had helped carry, move, or dispose of Natalee, living or dead?
Something else I note … Satish says that they have not vaccumed or cleaned the car for about a MONTH … not since May 29. And yet they had a problem with ants.
So does it make sense, IF the ant problem was genuine, that you would let it sit so long without cleaning? Also, if Deepak was as proud of the car as we are led to believe (remember how, in his statement, he kept talking about Natalee’s praising his car?), does it seem likely that they would let it sit dirty for a month?
Finally, we’re told that Natalee was asleep with her head in Joran’s lap. I’m not sure if Satish is trying to imply something here … but my idea is that the drink and/or drugs had taken effect. (It’s more convenient to keep someone concealed if they’re lying down in the back of a car, too.)
In view of this, the comment sounds almost chilling:

The dogs did alert by the pond. As far as the bag being put in the basin, sure it could’ve & would’ve been found by a searcher if left there long enough. The weight bag next to the bag makes it pretty clear it was prepared to go under water duh. I’m sure whoever fished the bag out of the pond had arranged for the pick up to be as quick as possible & probably wanted the pick up person to fish the bag out but maybe the pick up person didn’t want to be seen standing in the pond pulling a white tarp/bag from the bottem. Better that bag sit byitself alittle while than to be seen retrieving or carrying the bag.

I’ve thought that the camera person was heard approaching the pond & was hiding in those bushes since the second time i watched the video. I played the video with a big double screen & saw what appeared to me to be atleast 2 people wearing white hiding in the bushes. You can go back when the video was first discussed in its own article headline & you’ll see me talking about seeing 2 ppl, maybe 3 hiding. I didn’t have a screen grabber & was asking Carpe if he’d look into it. He asked if i could circle it but when i went back to try it the settings had been changed that made the thumbnails pop up & getting in the way of me getting a clear view of these people.
Exactly, and the notion that the interviewers didn’t even follow up on that camera statement is beyond sickening.
Now, what else does this imply? We don’t know that this camera had anything to do with Natalee, but if it did, and if they were filming her while being abused (I’m trying to use polite language here) … and after all, we did read in Diario about another case in Aruba where classmates of a high school (or younger) girl abused her in public and filmed it … then presumably they either kept the film as a “souvenir” of their exploit, shared it with other members of the “Pimps” or possibly others (maybe that’s what made big, burly Koen wet his pants and cry in Momma’s bed … the knowledge that he could be on the spot for watching the abuse of Natalee on film, and that she’s now missing and by many presumed dead) … OR that they sold it to someone.
My point in the last bit is that they may have had (IF this took place) regular connections to some kind of porn dealer, perhaps the same one or ones from whom they got the porn that Joran liked to watch. And perhaps the other Pimps watched the same garbage.
This also raises a question in my mind; if we assume that the three were so debased as to do this, would they have gotten other ideas from their movies? Like selling or handing over a girl into slavery, thus establishing their “control” of her?

I have very close relations on the island Aruba. There are people on the island that know more. But are very afraid of the police. There are people on the island that have seen the two brothers were washing there car in the early morning at there house. ( The moring of the missing ) I have to protect these people.
